REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: January 13, 2025

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return eligibility depends on the product type and supplier terms under Alibaba Trade Assurance. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns apply only to physical products.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Customized or modified products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. REFUND AND RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Identify the Cause of Return

  • If BMWMAOU is at fault:
    • A full refund or product replacement will be offered.
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by BMWMAOU.
  • If the issue is not caused by BMWMAOU:
    • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • A partial refund or store credit may be offered depending on the condition of the returned product.

Step 2: How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, you must:

  • Send an email to m@bmwmaou.com with your Order Number, Product Name, and a brief description of the issue, including photos if applicable.
  • Or message BMWMAOU through its official social media channels with the same details.

Step 3: Return Approval and Instructions

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed shipping instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, BMWMAOU may issue a partial refund.

Refunds May Be Denied If:

  • The return request is made after the 14-day window.
  • The product has been used, installed, or modified.
  • The return was made without prior approval.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available only under the following conditions:

  • The product received was incorrect or defective upon delivery.
  • The same product is available for replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. SHIPPING COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • BMWMAOU’s Responsibility: If the issue is due to an error on our end, return shipping will be fully covered.
  • Customer’s Responsibility: If the return is not due to BMWMAOU’s fault, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

6. SUPPLIER TERMS & ALIBABA TRADE ASSURANCE

BMWMAOU adheres to Alibaba Trade Assurance policies. Refunds and returns may require supplier verification before final approval.

  • Refund approvals are subject to supplier confirmation of the defect.
  • Evidence, such as photographs or videos, may be required for the approval process.
