RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BMWMAOU, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Custom or special-order items.
Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support at maou@bmwmaou.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly sent items.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. Please indicate your preference for an exchange in the return request.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping fees.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or credit card company.

8. International Returns
International customers can return eligible items, but additional customs fees, import duties, and shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Return Address
BMWMAOU will provide the appropriate return address upon approval of your return. Do not send items back without first contacting customer support.
