REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return eligibility is determined by product type and supplier terms under Alibaba Trade Assurance. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are applicable to physical products only.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Customized or modified items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. REFUND AND RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Identifying the Cause of Return

  • If BMWMAOU is at fault:
    • A full refund or product replacement will be offered.
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by BMWMAOU.
  • If the issue is not caused by BMWMAOU:
    • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • A partial refund or store credit may be offered.

Step 2: Initiating a Return Request

To request a return, you must:

  • Send an email to m@bmwmaou.com with your Order Number, Product Name, and a brief description of the issue (including photo evidence if applicable).
  • Alternatively, contact BMWMAOU through its official social media channels.

Step 3: Return Approval

Upon approval, BMWMAOU will provide a Return Authorization along with instructions for return shipment. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If a returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, BMWMAOU reserves the right to issue a partial refund.
  • Refunds may be denied if the return request exceeds the 14-day window.

Refund Denials May Occur If:

  • The product has been used, installed, or modified.
  • The return request was made after the specified return window.
  • The product is returned without prior approval.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are permitted only if:

  • The product was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
  • The same product is available for exchange.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.


5. SHIPPING COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • BMWMAOU’s Responsibility: Return shipping costs will be covered if the product issue is BMWMAOU’s fault.
  • Customer’s Responsibility: If the return is not due to an error by BMWMAOU, the customer must cover the shipping fees.

6. SUPPLIER TERMS & ALIBABA TRADE ASSURANCE

All refund and return requests are governed by Alibaba Trade Assurance standards, ensuring a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.

  • Refund approval is based on the supplier’s verification.
  • Customers may be required to provide additional documentation, such as images or videos of the issue.
