LIFETIME REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Lifetime Replacement Program Exclusion Clause
To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our Lifetime Replacement Program, the following exclusions apply:

Non-Defective Products

Claims for products without genuine defects are excluded.
Customers must provide detailed photographic and video evidence of the defect.
The original product must be returned for verification before a replacement is issued.
If no defect is found upon inspection, the claim will be denied.
Repeated Claims for the Same Product

Only one replacement is allowed per registered product under the Lifetime Replacement Program.
Records of all claims will be maintained to prevent repeated submissions.
Third-Party and Unauthorized Purchases

The program only covers products purchased directly from BMWMAOU or authorized resellers.
Proof of purchase (e.g., original receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
Damage Due to Misuse or Improper Installation

Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installation is not covered.
Claims must include proof of professional installation by an authorized service provider when applicable.
Claims After Reselling the Product

The Lifetime Replacement Program is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Claims submitted after the product has been transferred or resold will be void.
Fraudulent Claims

Claims involving false registration details or forged documents are excluded.
All claims will be cross-checked against purchase data stored in the company’s system.
Damage from External Factors

Damage resulting from external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions is excluded.
Detailed explanations and supporting documentation are required for claims related to external damage.
Custom and Special-Order Products

Custom or special-order items are not covered under the Lifetime Replacement Program unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
