At BMWMAOU, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions that protect your investment and provide peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage
BMWMAOU offers a standard 12-month warranty on most products, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
Products eligible for the Lifetime Replacement Program are covered under separate terms.
2. What Is Covered
The warranty applies to:

Defects in materials or craftsmanship affecting functionality or performance.
Items with visible damage not caused by shipping.
Manufacturing defects preventing proper installation or use.
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or deterioration over time.
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external factors beyond BMWMAOU’s control.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Support: Email us at maou@bmwmaou.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
Submit Evidence: Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Review and Approval: Our team will review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days.
Resolution: If approved, BMWMAOU will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
5. Replacement and Repair Terms
Replacements: If the original product is unavailable, a comparable product will be provided.
Repairs: Where possible, repairs will be made to restore functionality.
Refunds: If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued.
6. Warranty Limitations
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
BMWMAOU reserves the right to void the warranty if the product has been tampered with or altered by the customer or a third party.
7. International Warranty Claims
International customers can file warranty claims, but any additional customs fees, import duties, and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Additional Considerations
Items replaced or repaired under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
BMWMAOU may require the return of the defective product before issuing a replacement or refund.
